No useful updates
Such a pain when I have to do an Allstate inspection. This doesn’t have spots for certain things and is clearly built by somebody who’s never been on a roof, and the great part is I get in trouble because it deleted all my uploaded pics or didn’t have a spot for something. Do better. Even the new hover guided inspection is 10x better and it just came out

Awful
No effort is put into this app. It’s so insanely glitchy, it’s almost unusable. I feel bad for anyone else who has to use it.
Fix the app
The worst app I have ever had the displeasure of using. Having to use this for work is absolute torture, it has gotten me behind schedule more times that I can count. It’s impossible to log in without getting an error code and having to restart the app 8 times. Once you get logged in, expect it to crash on you at the worst possible time. You can expect a brand new bug to try to work through every time you open the app. Stop adding new things we don’t need and just make the app work, please.

Whoever made this doesn’t deserve a job
As an inspector for over 3 years using this app - this is the worst app in the entire world. At this point I’m leaving a review because I’m tired of dealing with issues every single day I have to run an inspection using this so called “app”. Please learn how to code. AI can do way better than whatever unknowledgeable people coded this. Honestly wish I could leave negative stars. Please fire whoever made the is, and hire someone who knows what they’re doing. Horrible
The worst thing about my job. Been FORCED to use this for 4 years and it’s always had issues. I’ve had used it on the iPhone 13-16 pro max. It’s always made my job take nearly double the amount of time it should take. I’m pretty sure the app developers have never used this in the field. I get constantly forced closed and the app obviously has a memory leak because the longer you use it, the slower it runs.

This app crashes more then I4 drivers in Orlando. The work flow is great, and the app is simple to use. It just time consuming with always having to restart the app. At least the work flow gets save after each section.

This app is garbage! Constantly run into issues all day long trying to use this. Worst thing ever created in my opinion. It don’t even deserve one star.
Wildly Frustrating
This app can single-handedly take the joy out of being an adjuster. It's extra fun when you're on a roof and it's 12° and it begins to act up, add the CAD during your inspection so that you have to go back to the first page, and the crazy amount of hours you spend just trying to figure out what it's asking you to take pictures of.
The people who designed this must've had an adjuster that didn't get them any insurance money

Needs work
Will not upload photos in background. Pretty important if you like to get things done in a timely manner. Photos will stop uploading if you aren’t on the upload screen.

Catch up with your competitors
I had no intention of giving a review or agreeing with the 1 star rating you have till I tried one of your competitors apps. They’re a decade ahead of you even though you started yours long before they did. You make what would be a great job into a semi decent one to have.
Terrible.
The main problem is that it crashes almost every photo I take. Then when I just use my camera and try to move the selected photos from my camera roll into field assist, the photos are scrambled so therefore is unusable. The app is garbage.
iPhone is garbage not this app
I use this app on an android and have never had issues losing photos. I have this app on my work iPhone as a backup device. After reading the reviews, I can’t say I will ever be using it on an Apple device. Huge W for Samsung tho.
Fix bugs!!!
Non stop bugs in this app. Deletes your labeling. Deletes photos after taking them. Deletes sqft entered in and erases it. Deletes numbers entered on ft measured. It’s literally been over 8 months of these same issues with no fixes. Pretty wild.

Poor functionality. Straight up doesn’t work. All photos “uploaded,” but still won’t let you complete inspections.
Here are some consistent issues (AFTER THE UPDATE).
After uploading photos, you’re unable to use the roof drop-down menu unless you force close the app, which risks you losing information.
Signs you out randomly.
Doesn’t let you open jobs on your job list, crashes, and takes you to the sign in page after just having signed in.
I sincerely hope Allstate has an out with this developer. The app has made our jobs harder by multiples, and do we get paid for our time wasted on the app? ‘Course not.

This app is garbage
Expected to drop at least 20 to 30 photos for no reason. Be willing to open and close this app 5 to 6 times before you get to work. The unexpectedly kicked out often.
