No useful updates
Such a pain when I have to do an Allstate inspection. This doesn’t have spots for certain things and is clearly built by somebody who’s never been on a roof, and the great part is I get in trouble because it deleted all my uploaded pics or didn’t have a spot for something. Do better. Even the new hover guided inspection is 10x better and it just came out

Awful
No effort is put into this app. It’s so insanely glitchy, it’s almost unusable. I feel bad for anyone else who has to use it.
Fix the app
The worst app I have ever had the displeasure of using. Having to use this for work is absolute torture, it has gotten me behind schedule more times that I can count. It’s impossible to log in without getting an error code and having to restart the app 8 times. Once you get logged in, expect it to crash on you at the worst possible time. You can expect a brand new bug to try to work through every time you open the app. Stop adding new things we don’t need and just make the app work, please.

Whoever made this doesn’t deserve a job
As an inspector for over 3 years using this app - this is the worst app in the entire world. At this point I’m leaving a review because I’m tired of dealing with issues every single day I have to run an inspection using this so called “app”. Please learn how to code. AI can do way better than whatever unknowledgeable people coded this. Honestly wish I could leave negative stars. Please fire whoever made the is, and hire someone who knows what they’re doing. Thanks…
