The app is great, but if you’re not using the CRM you’re missing out! Total game changer.
TERRIBLE COMPANY AND APP
Customer service is nonexistent you will never ever ever ever ever be able to reach anyone there. None of the phone numbers or chat support options actually work I’m not even sure if this is a real company or some sort of data harvesting thing..
Not only that, but I use this for about a month and the amount of bugs in the software was staggering. Not to mention that the app was down for about four hours during the day every single week since the time I signed up.
Completely embarrassing to tell customers that you can’t book them or take their payment because your app isn’t even working.
The last straw for me was when they started messing up our payments and that was enough.
Take a look at how they are completely dismissing all of the reviews in their replies I wouldn’t be surprised if all of the real reviews are fake.
If you do one or two detail details a year this app might work for you, but if you do anything more than that, you are setting yourself up for a lot of sleepless nights and lost Money.

Great support and robust customization.
If you run a service business Fieldd is such a great option, the booking flow customization is robust and has the cleanest user experience out of all the softwares i’ve tried. Support is quick and helpful, highly recommend!

This is by far the best CRM for routing scheduling booking and over all sleekness.
Don’t waste your money and time
Stuck with them for a year, because they refused to give me refund after I found out it is a startup in the testing stage. Read carefully their terms and conditions before you pay them and store all your business information in their cloud base - they didn’t take any responsibility at all.
