Turn off your dark mode
Thank you to whoever posted 2 years ago about if your phone is on dark mode every day when your phone turns over you won’t be able to see the locations or anything in the box that pops up for that book. My company and I have been trying to figure out this issue for months! Wow so glad it’s fixed now!

Scanner not showing location
When I scan a book it just shows a picture of the book and a red square.
Worse app ever
I can scan no problem. However there is absolutely no data! Completely terrible. I can’t even do my job efficiently.

This app is useless! Wow, I scan the book and now I get a good looking pic of book cover but NO location information!!! Can’t believe developer is not aware of this.
Don’t work
Try to use but I just can tab in the chain or store number. The upgrade don’t work they need to work in this little more

No Location
I have updated the app and it does still not give me a location. makes it very difficult to do your job!! please fix ASAP!!!

Need to use this app for my job and it stopped working out after the latest update.
Worthless
Before the update it took forever to scan (if at all)..now after update it scans marvelously but for no apparent reason bc it does show the location. It was useless before and still is. Actually, I believe it went backwards in progress. Thanks for making my job a nightmare.
Had to Figure it Out
Realized that my phone being on dark mode gave it an issue with not displaying the text properly. Seems like it’d make the font white but wouldn’t change the background. Turning it to light mode fixed this issue. The new update works great!
Update broke app
Since the latest update after I scan a book the location just comes up as a blank screen. Please fix this. I need this app to do my job.
New update doesn’t give book location
Updated the app and while it scans wonderfully, it does not give the location for the books. Gives a blank red box. I’ve deleted and reinstalled to no avail. Please fix so I can do my job. I have a iPhone 13
Doesn’t load properly
Doesn’t load properly, once you scan a book its just a blank screen. It was fine until this last update.
Fieldlink Book Locater
Terrible! Upgraded to IPhone 14. Will not scan. Please fix as this makes scanning books impossible. This is the only way to place books in correct places. 1000 titles and no way to know where to put them.

Does not work with new IPhones. Works fine on iPhone XR but not my 13 or 14. It will not focus. Please fix this.
Also, finding a lot of titles that are on the mod and the app says not on mod as well as saying a title is in the mod and it is not. Need to fix this as we lose points on audits that we have no control over!!!

Doesn’t work on iPhone 14
It won’t focus and scan on the iPhone 14. It worked fine on my iPhone 8, but isn’t compatible with the upgrade. I hope they fix it soon as work is really hard without it and takes hours longer
Useless
Not worth one star. Don’t waste space downloading this app. Useless. No response when scanning barcodes. No help section to troubleshoot.
App overall
the app DOES NOT work on my phone. it takes forever to use it. works better on androids than iphones. if any glare / shadow gets in or around to scan it will not work and will take 5+ minutes to scan. please fix this issue!!!!
