Life Changing
I love this app, this team, and this platform so much. Used books from readers, supporting other people, and doing it sustainably. The Pango team is genuinely incredible, any bug is fixed so quickly and they always make everything right if something goes wrong with an order. I’m such a huge fan and I haven’t bought a book any other way since downloading it

It’s easy to list books
It’s easy to use and very quick and easy to list books to sell
Glad i found you!
I heard about Pango on social media and I'm so happy i did! I love reading and sometimes i buy books for my little bitty home library. Pango allows me to buy used books at cheaper prices. I love this for me! lol!
Easy to use
Easy to use and a great way to get rid of buyer’s guilt!
Love this app but it needs A LOT of tweaking
NAVIGATION… Why is there no access to a home/account button while browsing?! When I’m jumping from listing to listing I don’t want to hit the back button 15 times to get to the main page or my purchases.
SORTING… There are so many things we should be able to sort better. Someone tell me why there is no function to sort your favorites/bookshelves. When I want to check out the feed you can only sort by genre - why not hardback, seller offers, etc like everything else.
FILTERS… When you’re in a shop and want to narrow down their selection, the format makes it look like you can multi-select. Well don’t get your hopes up. You have to browse shops by one category at a time, or one author at a time, etc. Also same note for favorites/bookshelves, please give us a function to filter them.
SEARCHING… The multi-book search is very clunky and needs a lot of streamlining. The biggest annoyance is not being able to specify hardcover/paperback, there is also no way to filter down to buyers with discounts etc. I strictly buy hardcovers, and while the tool will search for a store with multiple titles, I’m constantly getting results with paperbacks sprinkled in so it really serves no purpose for me. Also it would be great to go to a bookshelf and just click a button to figure out which stores have the most titles in my list. Seriously, please listen, this would be game changing for buyers and for your platform’s sales. Right now, if I wanted to figure out which shop has the most books in my bookshelf, my best bet would be to go to the multi-book search and then try a number of different combinations until I found one that hit then keeping my fingers crossed there is no paperbacks in the mix. That is not effective. Give us a real tool that makes it easy for us to find the books we actually want and give us the filters to do it properly. And please, I’m begging you guys to fix the search function in my purchases. It doesn’t work and hasn’t since I got on this app.
CONDITION… There needs to be a grade between good and excellent, something like very good. Sellers constantly butcher the selection and I feel like adding this option would help tremendously.
ALERTS… a few additions to suggest, let us know when another buyer adds a book to their cart that’s already in my cart. Let us know when one of the sellers we’re following lists a book we saved or favorited.
OVERPRICING… The overpricing on this platform is rampant. You can buy books brand new on Amazon and some sellers are out here at $20 above that price then sending it in a plastic mailer. It really is insane and ruins the experience around the platform and can feel predatory. PangoBooks should absolutely check sellers on this or have some sort of function or flag to let buyers know when something is listed at above average so they can determine if it’s worth it.
