This app offers high-intensity Pilates workouts designed for a full-body experience. It combines exercises on a unique resistance machine with bodyweight movements to provide effective cardio, strength, and muscle toning.
The FierceFormer™ is a one-of-a-kind resistance machine specifically designed for the app's high-intensity Pilates classes. It's used in conjunction with bodyweight exercises to create a comprehensive workout.
Each workout session is designed to be 45 minutes long. The goal is to keep you in the fat-burning zone for the duration of the class to create long, lean muscles efficiently.
These workouts aim to improve your body's strength and endurance, build lean muscles, and enhance balance and flexibility. They focus on alignment, breath, and mindful movement with zero stress to your joints or spine.
The description suggests giving the app three classes to experience the results, implying it's designed to be challenging yet effective. It focuses on fundamentals like alignment and breath, which are beneficial for all levels, but the high-intensity nature might be best suited for those looking for a vigorous workout.
