The software it’s very intuitive, it’s stress free when it comes to designing templates, since it gives you a wide variety of designs to use from.

I love this software I have tried many and this one is the most user friendly I can say and very professional to use .

Fiesta software
In the beginning when fiesta first came out I had a lot of issues with glitches. It has definitely gotten better and keeps improving. Anytime I had a suggestion they were quick to look into it. Everything has been running smoothly the last couple of events I have had.
Fiesta just works. Great app. The hardware for the Salsa booth is awesome as well.
Great experience with the fiesta app. They’ve really fine-tuned it over the last two years.
Tech support is awesome!
Always have a great experience with the support with any of my problems. I’m pretty good with instructions but there’s always steps not given or the fear of the “oops”. But tech support is always there to hold my hand!

Extremely buggy for $60 a month
I have been a Salsa booth owner and a user of this software for about five years. It is extremely frustrating and buggy and doesn’t work how you expect it to. Photo Booth supply Co. needs to invest in their developer team and get this software working properly! Currently, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I use it for it to work properly.

On our 4th booth
We currently have 2 salsas, 1 tortilla, and just got our first guac (and hopefully slowly transitioning our print booths all the PBSCO as time goes by.
We’ve had nothing but the best experience with customer service. Just today, phoenix from cs helped walk us through a printer connection problem (that ended up being user error). Thank you for being awesome guys

Super Disappointing
Massive Downgrade from their previous app. Would give no stars if I could. Even with the recent updates, I have no idea why Fiesta is so glitchy/jumpy, when their previous app was so smooth. Now things take forever to load and every time I go on the app I know it will crash at least once if I tap things too quickly. Then once the event is up and running the flow is so slowwwww. I thought the whole point of this software was for it to be streamlined, quick boom there’s a photo, then boom there’s your boomerang. But nope. They’ve managed to make a worse app than their previous, even though they have 5-10 years of data on running photobooth events and this new app has been out for 2 years…

The App is so easy to use!
Love being able to hop in the app and get what I need: photos, gallery link, password, make an adjustment to an event. I use the app on my phone, ipad and desktop. The customer support is also amazing and they always get back to us on our questions.

The software is easy to navigate, and constantly improving through regular updates and bug fixes. I’m especially excited about the upcoming AI features, which will make the software even more innovative and powerful for the photo booth industry.

They are on top of it! I’ve only had to call twice and they were so quick to help and not only that. They give you resources so you can read up on stuff and learn yourself.

The only option in Photo Booths
This company’s customer service and photo booths are phenomenal. I’ve been in the game 28 years and I’ve had my share of photo booths. The salsa 1 and the salsa 2 are personally my favorite and flawless. We handle 60 photobooths events a year and even some with prints. I’ve never had an issue. Congrats to these guys on making a solid product and then backing it with great support.

One app to rule them all!
I started my Photo Booth business with Photo Booth Supply Co with a Salsa 1. Since then, I have upgraded to the Guac & Chips and never looked back. Pair this app with the Photo Booth and you are up and running. They are running new updates all the time and staying up with the times. Really good customer service and a great product.
