They are on top of it! I’ve only had to call twice and they were so quick to help and not only that. They give you resources so you can read up on stuff and learn yourself.

The only option in Photo Booths
This company’s customer service and photo booths are phenomenal. I’ve been in the game 28 years and I’ve had my share of photo booths. The salsa 1 and the salsa 2 are personally my favorite and flawless. We handle 60 photobooths events a year and even some with prints. I’ve never had an issue. Congrats to these guys on making a solid product and then backing it with great support.

I started my Photo Booth business with Photo Booth Supply Co with a Salsa 1. Since then, I have upgraded to the Guac & Chips and never looked back. Pair this app with the Photo Booth and you are up and running. They are running new updates all the time and staying up with the times. Really good customer service and a great product. Try it and see for yourself!

Way overpriced, needs a lot of work!
Fiesta gets 2 stars simply because I find it easy to use for the most part. But the amount they charge for it is absolutely insane for what you’re getting. There is nothing to back up why this software has more value than others. You can certainly get more for less with many other programs. I keep it because I have a salsa and the lights won’t work with others. I’ve had nothing but problems the last several months. Screen going black, templates not saving, 2x6 being recognized as a 4x6 and cutting in half, phone app not syncing to iPad, the list goes on and on. I would be willing to pay this price if it simply just worked how it was supposed to. But now they are increasing the price with hardly any extra value. We need AI, we need prints that work, we need to be able to do a drop-off with peace of mind, we need reliability. Please fix this app! You’re going to keep losing customers. Any of us can buy the same type of booth elsewhere for less than half the cost. That is now what I will always recommend to people looking to get into this business. I also think the design studio needs to be a little bit more intricate and easier to use with more features. Similar to Canva. But yeah… $120 a month is absolutely wild, especially for only ONE license.

I almost lost $800 in a important event because of this app. Really guys? We paid $100 for the “premium” software and what do we get? NOTHING. Other companies charge nothing comparing with this software and they work without any issues. In the 3 pictures template the first one always came really bright and the others one normal…. It took me a lot to be able to make it work. The event planner was getting worry already and i almost had to take a decision of giving that event for free. But GOD gave me a miracle and I make it work.. still i dont know what did I change… but it work… but no because of the app… because of my lightings.

My wife and I started our Photobooth business a few years ago and the Fiesta app has gotten better and better. It’s easy to use and makes customizing events for customers a breeze. I highly recommend doing some training early on, getting to know the software, and you’ll be off for the races! PBSCo!

Fiesta has been an overall amazing experience to use. It is very user friendly, and the support team is ready to help whenever you need. Seriously though, this is a true life saver in events. I have gotten many compliments on my booth and event themes. Definitely recommend!

Solid App, Keeps Getting Better
I’ve been using Fiesta since launch and love it. The app user interface is clean. Easy to set up events, easy to navigate, and I can toggle features on and off without any trouble. It works great for the people running the booth and for the guests stepping up to use it. Guests can pick their options, change filters, and share their photos without needing any help. They keep adding features that actually matter, and when I’ve needed support, they’ve been there. Highly recommend for anyone running a photo booth business.

Great app!
I have been with this software since it was introduced as salsa. It has had its speed bumps here and there but the updates keep getting better and better. It is more user friendly now than it has ever been. The quality of the photos when paired with the gauc and chips are second to none. 5 stars!

Great software to set and forget. Very easy for guests to use. No attendant required unless you’re running prints.
Easy to use
Fiesta doesn’t give me any problems. I’m happy with the features and find it easy to use as a beginner. My partner also loves using it because it makes everything easier than the other apps we tried.
Best Software I have used
I did not know how spoiled I was, until I had to use another software. The ability to see each picture taken on a strip individually and be able to download it from the live gallery is my favorite feature. Accessing the live gallery during an event is super quick and this really makes the guest experience premium in my opinion. The Glam feature never fails! Amazing! Creating an event is super easy as well as sharing the live gallery at the end of an event with the customers! I have to say, I greatly enjoy this software!

What a buzzkill
Used fiesta and salsa over the years and when it works, it works. The reality is, it has not been consistently reliable. For the amount paid for multiple device licenses, it’s extremely frustrating and disappointing. Have had the program glitch out on several occasions. It’s the start of holiday party season and the app isn’t working. Glitched out and froze at least 4 times at the last event, causing the guests to have to retake their photos. None of the digital photos were able to be sent still. Very embarrassing to not have an answer for your guests and clients that pay good money. People want to share in a timely manner, that’s the whole point. Get it fixed.
