Disappointed by the Auto-Renewal Subscription Model
Be aware that Touchpix uses recurring subscriptions that automatically renew unless canceled. I personally dislike this billing model because it places the responsibility on customers to remember to cancel before the next billing cycle. While the renewal terms may be disclosed, I would have preferred a more transparent checkout process and a one-time payment option. Make sure you understand exactly what you’re signing up for before entering your payment information.

So confusing
I read the website and since I have Apple it made me subscribe through there. Before I knew it I had 3 $43.90 charges when I thought I had 3 weeks free. When I asked for help with customer service the response was talk to Apple. Ridiculous! Don’t use these people. Scam artists for Money!
Insanely Buggy with horrible customer service
Didn’t send a single video from my event and they don’t know how to fix it, and they also won’t refund me. Wowwwwwwww..
