I’ve been using insta360 x5 in single lens mode on the ChackTok overhead 360. I would like to put a request for the next update could y’all add this to the dlsr compatibility so I may connect to device via WiFi router. Thank you

Not working
My chacktok app is not working. It keeps pausing and not creating videos. I have paid for the subscription and still not working

Playback issues
I like the app before they made all these changes now when you run 360 it does not play the music while it’s recording so the customer can’t hear the music they requested in the background. Also, when I did the update, the playback won’t show on the screen once the video has been completed. Please help with the fix.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. The new version still retains the feature that allows music to play while recording; you simply need to configure this in the music section of the video template.
