Poor sluggish app
App seems to be targeted only for attendants rather than all fans. App response is sluggish. Even Viber updates were faster to get match updates.
The only thing worse is the Argentinian team

Make it like the olympics app
This should be made similarly to the Olympics app. Yes, I’m rooting for the USA team, but I also want to watch other countries. You can only favorite one team and you’ll only get updates about that one team. Even if I favorite a game to watch, I still don’t get notifications.
Otherwise, decent app for following games and keeping up with the bracket system. Will downloaded again in 4 years.

Dont waste your time with this App
Not even worth to try to get any rewards! It does not work at all, and when we open support ticker they only answer to pretend they meet sla time, they answer asking again for all you already sent! No response after. They dont grant you the rewards even you showing all proof!! You complete tasks and mm rewards points do not work. Awful, totally a waste of time.

I am constantly signed out for no reason the app keeps going down fantasy is unnecessarily difficult to use and irritating. It’s so obvious that 90% of people only have the app for fantasy yet they tuck it away in the play zone and it’s so easy to instantly swipe right out of it back into the play zone. I’m constantly getting points taken off me for no reason even when I don’t make too many transfers. App is bloody mince

Getting worse
Each update make the app worse. Now I can’t even expand highlights to ridiculous portrait full screen because sb decided it’s not important… unless you find a dedicated tab with highlights only…. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME. Whoever decided to “update” the code this way was much more inferior than a 1-day experience junior developer. Every tab is cluttered.

Fifa is the most corrupt sport organization. This app is ridiculous as the entity is.

This is honestly the worst designed app ever, no search bar, terrible design of the play zone. App must have been designed by a child. Utterly pathetic attempt at what should be a good app.

Where has fantasy gone?!?
Your latest update for the final is shocking! It was hard enough before trying to navigate to fantasy, but now you've completely removed the only navigation point from the app where we could get to all the games. I'm not even going to start on the navigation within the game, terrible!
