App doesn’t work
I am unable to even write a post on the app. I watched a video about a new patient portal but it never told me how to get to it. I tried to post a question about it and it wouldn’t let me post it. This review is the only place I’ve found that would let me post anything to the app (assuming it actually posts). I received my first medication on Monday and called the phone number listed because I have questions about it. They immediately asked for me to leave a message- which I did. I’m still waiting for them to call back.

Stolen Meds
My 6 month order was stolen from my doorstep step. No insurance offered so I’m out of luck. They confirmed delivery by showing a photo of my doorstep with no package in the photo? I’m out 2K and can’t afford to purchase again
Not working with update
The app worked well and I loved checking it but the recent update has left me with a black screen even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Please fix if possible so I can stay informed. :)
Complicated
Difficult to get around. Too many notifications and I don’t know how to turn them off.
