Apple Pencil integration is poor
You literally cannot use the scribble feature of Apple Pencil making this terrible if you want someone else to stop in who needs to use a keyboard and text.

Disappointed with pen stabilisation
Recent additions of stabilisation to the pen are infuriating. With the procreate app you can dial it to the amount you need - drawing sometimes means you need more. Writing with it however, is a nightmare and our entire team use it to draw and annotate as it’s easier for us. But at this point I think I’ll probably avoid using the app until they update it and head back to procreate and share wireframes in a different way. Probably the first update where it feels like they’ve done bare minimum, usually FigJam/Figma updates are exciting.

UPDATE DELETED MY STUFF
I like this app better than the default Freeform Apple one, but I was so frustrated when I realized there is no iPhone version. I don’t care to try to draw on my iPhone but I do want to view my boards from my phone.

Deleted all my boards
Opened the app today and all my boards apart from the first one i ever made have disappeared. Ive tried redowloanding, logging out, everything. Everything is gone. All my revision mind maps i spent hours on disappeared. Thanks alot.
Frustrating unfortunately
Super glitchy, and deleted my whole file after working on it so long. Will not be using it on iPad again.

Great but missing features
I wish you had the ability to rotate shapes and had the ability to select multiple objects with a selection tool. It’s so painful selecting each object :crying:
PLEASE add support for copy/paste images from other apps AND universal clipboard
Maddening not being able to take screen shots or things from other apps and easily paste into FigJam. IE, can’t copy something from Apple’s Freeform and paste in FigJam. Screenshots don’t copy-and-paste to FigJam either.

Stylus support is terrible
I use this on iPad with the pen and it’s not great. Usually, I am a fan, but not of this implementation.
Close but just frustrating enough
Text boxes span indefinitely across the screen and it’s difficult and unintuitive to resize it like a normal text box in literally any other application. Drawing strokes don’t allow options to be thin enough. No shortcut keyboard keys for hiding the gigantic tool bar or switching between tools. Definitely not for power users. Would much prefer the option to use Apple’s circular drawing tool menu on the new iPad / new pencil vs. the giant, clunky screen-engulfing fig jam tool bar.

Awful iPad experience.
App is glitchy in iPad compared to the desktop version.
Drawing in Figjam is pretty bad compared to Apple's own whiteboard Freeform.

Mediocre Apple Pencil support
I honestly only use this app because it’s what my business uses and that makes it convenient to share things. The lack of full support for the Apple Pencil is a huge turn off. I would much rather use a product that supports all of the Apple Pencil or Apple Pencil Pro features.
Pencil drawing is slow

What a headache, so buggy
Could not enter text. Searched web for a solution; found one; didn’t work. Found three or four other solutions, tried them all, did not work. Abruptly it allowed me to enter text. Then I opened another text box and it would only allow me to enter text in the first box, not the new one.
Software should work. Users shouldn’t need to spend half an hour armwrestling your app before they can write the word “The.”

Surprised
I was a little out of my comfort zone, the only real reason I got this app is because I’m pretty sure Jamboard is being shut down, but it didn’t force me through a tutorial, and it was a fun minute or so to figure out(and be a little surprised by) the tools.
