Pretty Decent, No Problems Signing Up. 4.5/5
I was reading a lot of the reviews. The only bad thing is you can’t pay bills using the routing and account numbers and I hope you get that part fixed because I would use Figure Pay as a regular account, but a lot of my bills pay out using the account and routing numbers which can’t be used for bill pay. Otherwise the app is great. I had no problems signing up, I had no issue taking pictures of my License and received my Pay card within a week after signing up. Not sure why everyone else had these problems but I never had any problem signing up. Please fix it so we can use routing and account numbers to pay bills. Thanks.

Don’t use
I’ve tried numerous times to take a photo of my ID and upload it… using their app the Camera, for some reason is real fuzzy, and keeps telling me hold steady!! I cannot get it to work…. My phone is the iPhone 14 Pro with a really good camera so I don’t understand why it’s not working. and there’s no way to contact customer service because it won’t let me out of that screen.!

Scam. They will take your money
SCAMMERS. Do yourself a solid and don’t use this banking card. They refused to let me get my money off that just got deposited leaving me and my family broke. I don’t owe them any money whatsoever either. This company has multiple bad reviews on other sites I found out after the fact. SCAMMERS. Then after I was told my check was gonna get mailed and I would receive a tracking number I didn’t. Monday rolled around I call and they haven’t even mailed it. 6:30 now still no tracking number. Don’t use this app. You will regret it

Won’t scan id
Wasted 45 minutes of my time trying to scan id, I turn on every light added dark background and all it keep saying is hold steady…. Been holding steady as possible but how steady do you expect when I’m picture. Worthless. Reinstall app and close app . Same message like how steady do you expect

I am so frustrated with this app.. it is Saturday morning I have money on my account, I can’t add any of my banks to transfer it to?!?! I have to wait for my card to come in 7-14 days?!?!? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Unacceptable. I need my money now!!! Oh and they aren’t open for customers on the weekends either!! So I have no one to help me get it off, so here’s your review, Figure Pay!

Horrible app
Tried verifying my identity with all my correct information 4 times and it kept saying to re-apply. Useless, not contacting customer service at all, if their service is as poor as their verifying process I don’t want anything to do with it. NEXT.
Illegal to pick and choose customers
I’ve had a figure account and I don’t know if they looked at my profile pic and decided they didn’t want me as a customer anymore or what. But I feel like that’s definitely discriminatory behavior from a company, to just close my account, tell me to contact the fraud department by email for reasons why, and then not get any response after 5 emails. Like there basically isn’t a reason. I’ll be contacting the CFPB and see if I can get any answers

I go to sign up and I can’t even move the page to sign up. It’s a mess. Why can’t I sign up online then sign in on the app. The app is useless if I can’t do anything with it!!!

Glitchy
They use Experian when they run your credit. They tried telling me my score with Experian was a 511. Excuse me? I contacted Experian and was told that they get this call almost daily regarding this app and that it gives much lower credit scores when applying for the loan than what applicants actually have. You’ve been warned. Don’t waste your time with this one.

WAITR/ SQUAD drivers if you are thinking about trying this, don’t. Trust your fellow driver when I say this is not good for us. Keep doing what we’ve been doing and pay $2.99 or use Zelle.

As Easy As It Gets
I find so many apps seem to make things way too difficult but not this one. The Figure Pay app took only minutes to set up an account and was then ready to use. They even provided a temporary virtual debit card to use until my physical one came in the mail.
Great bank alternative
I’m pretty new to Figure Pay, but the app seems like it will be a great bank alternative. It offers a routing and account number so that you can get direct deposits, debit card access and direct payments to others. It was easy to setup and pretty straightforward on how to use. Lots of capabilities. So far, so good!

Can’t complain
I’m not one to write a lot of reviews. But for this app I wanted to give it a shot. I like the services they have offered me. Such as the buy now pay later loans. But they’ve been so cool about everything. Recently they had a holiday sweepstakes where they drew my name and apparently I won $500 dollars which should show up in my account this coming week. I confirmed with the lady via their email for that. And she asked if I could leave a review which she would appreciate and since I like Figure Pay I’m doing it.

Took all my info everything I know matched then told me it did not re apply
Very usable App!
Just used for the first time today, but already impressed. Received the referral bonus quickly too! Was able to get signed up in about five minutes. My only negative feedback would be the face recognition was very sensitive - you have to hold the phone just right for three seconds straight.
