Super great…a few changes
I love this place and app. I love seeing all of the different options for ordering. almost no complaints, except i would LOVE an option to “heart” or favorite certain drinks. It would be so nice for my drinks that are custom or that you have to scroll so far down to get to it. It would be nice to just scroll over to a favorites section.

Just A Review of the App
The app has not been working for me. I install it and open it. It stays on the start up page for some time until I uninstall to reinstall for the same issue to occur. That’s really all but I loved the app when it worked for me months ago. Preorder my drink or scan for points.
Fiiz drinks need to fix their app.
I love getting my Fiiz drinks & food but when I try to see what they have the app doesn’t always work & I have told them that & they always say we know like the customer is stupid.

I love pretzel bites but I think that the sauce should be complimentary for the first one and then charge for additional. It’s a little pricey
NEW FAVORITE STORE
This place has my heart. Don’t come for me lol but this place is better than Sonic in my opinion. The unlimited amount of combinations you can make and the crisp taste of your choice of drink is everything! The staff is so amazing and so kind! The prices are not bad and the snacks are so delicious! 10 out of 10 for me!

App not working well
Fiiz is fine for drinks. Nice drink chain. However the app needs a lot of work. Just trying to create one order, I’ve now dealt with the app crashing 5 times in about a minute. It’s not like I have an old phone either (I have the iPhone 13 Pro Max).
Couldn’t order
Tried to create an order and it couldn’t sign me in. Tried a variety of things but, ultimately, I was never able to complete my order which leaves the app useless to me. It also froze.
