I teach the basics of Photography with this
As a film photographer for over 20 years that now shoots digital professionally, I often am instructing people on foundational techniques and technical skills. This app is not only a trip down memory lane to all the wonderful films I can remember shooting the cameras and the lenses, but also a wonderful place to send inspiring photographers that only have a smart phone. And for everybody else , there is simply a lot more control here than in the native camera apps.

Purchased required
Everything requires an extra payment, even though we already purchased the app. It could have been designed differently, and the overall experience would have been much better.
Great vintage look.
If you want to simply snap some photos that already have a great vintage look without editing them later. This app delivers.
Can’t even save photos without a subscription
Why did I pay $3.99 for this app when I can’t even save photos without paying for an additional monthly subscription?? Pointless.

The update ruined it.
I’m a professional photographer and I’ve used this app for a couple of years because I loved how it mimics film. BUT I recently updated the app and everything is worse. For starters, it forces me to log in each use and acts as if I haven’t paid. When I finally get re-logged in (imagine doing this each time you want to take a picture) I’ve taken photos that immediately disappear and don’t save anywhere in the app or my camera roll. The interface is less intuitive and the quality of the photos is worse. SO bummed because it was my favorite. But now moving onto the Leica app.

I loved the old Filca, it was much more simpler to understand. This version absolutely SUCKS.

あと最近クローズアップ機能が
画面全体がクローズするのではなくて、
写真をリサイズするみたいな感じになっていてすっごい撮りづらい…！！早く戻してほしい。

Amazing app, even better customer support
I love this photo (and video) editing app. Started using it in Japan over a year ago to go for the Japanese style film and haven’t gone back since. Paid the lifetime subscription and it’s totally worth it!
Last week I had a slight problem with filters not showing in the iPhone’s photo gallery and emailed them, they solved the issue after a few exchanged emails.
I also gave a suggestion for the new app layout and they implemented it on the spot, you couldn’t ask for a better service!

シャッター無音にもどったのは良かったです、ありがとうございます
しかし日付位置が。なぜか縦写真メインになり横にして撮っても縦仕様の位置になってしまい、、どうにもならんですかね フィルム風アプリとしてどうしてもこの位置はないです

Обновление все испортило
Раньше фильтры и правда были похожи на пленку. Новое обновление все отредактировало, теперь фильтры как в дешевом приложении. Я платила за прежние настройки. Увы, теперь это ужасно

16일반 사용합니다. 노안때문에 디스플레이 더크게 확대모드로 사용합니다. 필카 앱을 열었을때 오른쪽 부분이 잘려서 보입니다. 확대모드 사용안하면 다보이긴 합니다만 좀 블편해서요. 자동으로 디스플레이 비율이 맞게 앱이 구동되었으면 하는 바람입니다. 다시한번 좋은앱 감사감사 드립니다.
