Can't get the free lifetime subscription
I've taken the free lifetime subscription, but it hasn't been activated yet. I've been trying for 2 days and used “restore purchase,” but nothing happened.

App doesn't work.
Honestly, it doesn't work for downloading YouTube videos.
Portrait mode only!
Can't even use it! I'm NOT turning my iPad Pro with attached keyboard sideways!
Not downloading any things
I tried to download by different types but not downloading.
Downloader IDM not working and fake
Downloader for YouTube not working properly. Every time when you try to download something or YouTube videos , it always video playback ( server error 403 ). Not effective as I thought it would be.
It crashes often enough

Worst app
Worst app ever come across. What is the purpose of launching such an untested application which is disastrously not working.m. In browser tab YouTube shows download / cancel popup but nothing happening on pressing download. Is it really download anything? Where? No where…..! 😜😜😜most folders from previous versions gone… pressing photo album shows popup and pressing that nothing happens. On and off switch makes no sense in bringing other folders from previous version. Only photo album and IPhone files are visible. Need serious attention of developers to redesign and rewrite codes. I got developers response on 12/04/25 to update app issues fixed but after updating too download not working shows server error :403 … so whatever I said is still true . Looks like very careless developers…!

Lifetime free option not working
Update: I updated the app, but now I see nothing in the app about a pro version at all and no paywall pops up at all, so I’m not sure if I have the pro version or not.
Please fix this! You’ve had several days that people have been complaining about this, yet, it still isn’t fixed as of 4/2/25. That makes you/your company look like you just don’t care! Maybe we should all not care and just delete your app!

You buy lifetime it makes you re-buy
Even though I bought lifetime subscription every time I launched the app it ask me to rebuy it??? Greed is gross like using your users as beta testers (both cause your app to be joke) 💯🤡
