App stopped loading
Used to be a great app! I purchased different sets and had the subscription. Then one day going to make an instagram post and the app just stopped loading. I get to the main screen, hit the add photos button and nothing comes up. Quite a shame, I loved his work and still follow him on his socials but I haven’t seen any attention to this app in years

What happened.
It used to be my favorite app for multiple photos but now it doesn’t load anything at all.
Glitchy and not worth it
At first, the frames and designs aren’t bad but adding and editing them is glitchy and frustrating. Now trying to use it it’s completely blacked out and won’t let me open any designs. It just times out. I tried deleting the app and data and re-downloading and still not working. Don’t recommend this app unless bugs are fixed.

Too many glitches. The app allows you to upload images but doesn’t reveal the images. Blindly selecting is frustrating & is not worth it. If they could fix that it would be great.
Nice but really needs to squash some bugs
This app is a great idea and perfect for what I need. However there are a lot of bugs that need squashing before it’s anything more than a 3/5
After 10 months, image quality still suffers.
I respect Sawyer’s creative work, so when he announced this mobile app (in 2019?) I was really excited. At first I loved the app but quickly realized the image quality gets completely shot. This has been a known issue and every time I’ve asked support if this will be fixed, they say yes! In the next update! Uh huh, it’s almost been a year and it’s still bad. -_- So there’s $20 down for the year subscription.
For what it’s worth, shooting with an EOS R, L series glass, 28-70 f2 rf, 85 f1.4 ef, 50 f1.2 ef, 100 f2.8 ef. RAWS processed in Adobe Lightroom. Exported at 100% quality jpeg.

Don’t bother
Don’t bother with this app, there are zero free frames to useJust use photoshop.
Not worth any $.
Glitchy app, doesn’t work. User interface frustrating, ultimately gave up and unsubscribed within :15.
Missing purchases
I did love this app, until I’ve opened it today and some of the packs I purchased are now gone and the app wants me to purchase again!
Waste of money if what you pay for will just be deleted!

Awful quality images
Can’t find a way to save image high resolution. What a waste of time! My artwork is pixelated and unusable
Glitchy carousels
When using seamless carousels, the first and last images export with a white bar on their far edges. This ruins the whole carousel because if you try to resize either of these in Instagram, it throws the middle frames off. So if you want this for their cool carousels...some seem to not be ready yet.

Do you mind letting us know which frame you are experiencing this with? Also are you attempting to resize the frames in instagram or something? All frames are 4x5 and should fit into instagram posts perfectly. We will work to resolve this for you as soon as we hear back! All the best x

App displays as free in App Store, but everything needs to be puchased to be used.

Got this awhile back looking for a simpler way to replace what I was doing in photoshop. I paid the extra to unlock more packs (the free ones are useless). Turned out the same could be said for the paid packs. No customization, not user friendly, terrible.
Then I come back a month later to try again, and the app is saying I need to buy the packs again. When I hit restore purchase nothing happens. SAVE YOUR MONEY & don’t get this app 👏
