Really isn’t asking the important questions
Really disappointed. Whenever I fail the big tests it throws me out without letting me finish. It’s not mimicking my state test -2 sets of 65 questions at 90 mins each but this program states it’s updated for Florida. Oh dear.
Cool concept, needs work
I subscribed to the free trial and unlike what the description claims, no you don’t get unlimited quizzes… Also, the book section is very limited and doesn’t include pages that are in the open book of the quizzes.
No unlimited quizzes with subscription
I got this app to study for my state boards but once I took all the quizzes there was no unlimited quizzes I bought the subscription and everything.

This app is in my opinion the best and easiest way to prepare for your cosmetology exams. I had a login issue with the app and Libby from customer support went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Best customer service experience ever!
Aced my exam!
The quizzes are much harder than the real exam. It helped me be overly prepared and aced my test!

I want to able take the practice test as many times as I want to and I can’t ! 😡😡😡
A little problem.
It looks like a really good way to learn, but I wouldn’t know. When I tried to make an account it told me that it would send me a verification mail but it never did and I have been waiting for hours!!
Great study tool!!
I had let my license lapse (9years) and wanted it back. I originally took exam in a different state than I’m currently residing but had this states license. I used this app for 2 months taking quizzes everyday and writing out the troubled areas that I had (nail diseases and relaxers). I took and passed my states exam today. The questions were of course worded differently but still have the same meaning and answers but several were never asked in quizzes but I remembered info from watching YouTube videos and studying hair theory in addition to this study guide. Thanks Filmbook!

Don’t waist your money
Bought this app in order to help me prepare for my state board but it definitely wasn’t with the couple dollars. I chose my state that I’m taking it in , I expected it to have someone walk you through the practical, the state-board procedures that are listed aren’t accurate, honestly this app just was pointless to me. Your better off on YouTube looking up videos and finding study guides on quizlet

Best State Board APP ever!!!!
LOVE THIS APP!!! I have been a licensed Cosmetologist and licensed Educator for years and have seen the struggle first hand of what Cosmetology Students go through when preparing and stressing about taking their State Board exam. Many simply don't go after spending over a year of their time (in most states) and lots of money heading toward their dream only to fall off the fear of exams cliff. My focus as an educator has always been to assist in preparing my students pass their boards the first time. This app offers so much to prepare them. I really loved the video quizzing feature within the video on the home page. It was a very helpful tool to be quizzed on the information as I was learning the requirements for the state board haircut. The visual element aided in my ability to better understand some of the terms with which I was unfamiliar. Though some of he other quizzes offered are difficult, the feedback is very clear and helpful. Also, I really enjoy the warm-up feature that allows me to prepare for the UNLIMITED QUIZZES! Such an awesome part of the app. The subscription is so worth it, and I can't wait to nail the state board!!
