I accidentally deleted my account from the app but I’m unable to sign in ….please do something about it
Scammers.
This app is a literal scam. They’re thieves. There’s no option to cancel your subscription on the app so I thought it would cancel after the week on its own,since I never even intended it to be renewed past the first week trial and never agreed so. They have been charging me for 3 months straight ever since. I sent an email complaining and they refunded me and thought they had logically cancelled. Just to find out they charged me again today. Thieves.

Hii i am student of neet 2025 i have been using your app . I like this app but early update is so bad if u dont want us to watch video question solving is okay u have to earn but now u can see 10 queation only a day either take premium Plse help to get us more question
All my doubts solved
I have as far as now loved the app . And got all my doubts answered . Although i am having premium free trail pack one day but i dont see why i need it. I think even withiut premium this app works fantastically well. All doubts are correctly solved
Why is it paid?
1 or 2 years ago I had my exams and I used this app all true time. It was amazing and now you can only take 2 sessions for less then 10 minutes only and then pay for the sessions. Why? It was amazing before free of charge and everything. I understand that the developers also have to make money but this is wild.

The app is great but some aspects can be improved .
The overall idea and the features of the app are great . Some of the teachers are really really good and clear all your concepts . The only problem is that the number of quality teachers especially for JEE Mains or advanced is very low . Most teachers so far are of NEET and finding a teacher of JEE Advanced is very rare .

Normal doubts are not cleared
I had a doubt in modern physics where the question’s concept was understood by me but the calculation was wrong in the options so I thought I might be wrong and I went to filo to ask them about the doubt but turns out he said me to show the solution that I did I totally do my solutions in a rough manner wherever I want because I am a jee aspirant so I don’t have the time to solve it very neatly I was telling him the answers but then turns out the session was ended by him silly or not the doubt should be cleared so yeah that’s my experience.

Great but a Little expensive but value for money
I have used it and the doubts are solved in minutes because of the great tutors not problem at all just go for it
Its is a very helpful app but it is costly too.
This app helped me a lot in my day to day work It was easy to connect to all the tutors and it is a way more helpful because it teaches you how to do your homework. And it clears your concepts too. But the only thing I see the problem is it is way too costly for me I don’t know about others but I did see it as a costly courses in this application. I think this can be worked but for me it’s very very very much hard to pay this much amount for any educational applications because it’s fee is almost around my school fee. But the overall think I would conclude a very good application As far as it is providing you free service but I guess it’s also concerned to provide if in a cheap way. The teachers salary is necessary but I think this is the way too much price. Also the teachers can be Salaried.
