Canceled 6 months ago. My App Store even shows the subscription canceled. I continue to be charged every single month even though it’s been canceled for months!!! This is unethical.

Don’t do it!

I signed up for the free trial to see what it was all about. Three minutes in I cancelled it because it was junk. 5 months later I’m still getting alerts from my bank that they have attempted to take $29.99 out of my account. My bank had to literally block them and I had to wait 10 days to get a new debit card. When you go into my iCloud subscriptions it clearly shows it as a non-active subscription so what the hell? Don’t do it! It’s a set up!! They will rob you blind!

Il faut payer en plus de l’abonnement donc soit vous laissez votre CB soit vous prenez un abonnement qui ne sert à rien puisque il ne permet de rien faire !

Scam

I downloaded the app, signed up to the free trial, found that the app is next to pointless, doesn’t do 1/10th of what it makes out it will do, cancelled my free trial and deleted the app, didn’t realise they still took payments! Can’t find how to cancel my subscription on their website.

Almost impossible to cancel

AVOID. App kept prompting me to take photo but nothing happens & I’m caught in a loop. Tried to cancel 10 minutes after subscribing. Asks for my login but I get invalid credentials error. Try to reset password. My email isn’t recognized. I’ll try from my laptop but otherwise I’ll have to cancel my debit card. I’m sure Filterly will have me email then.

Taking payment after cancellation

I was very excited to try this app and see what different styles it might suggest. After a brief trial, however, I found it was not for me. I cancelled my subscription but I was trouble to see a couple of weeks later. I was still being charged. I have sent an email to Filterly support requesting a refund, but it bothers me that this seems an ongoing problem. If the app is reputable, then steps should be taken to stop this auto renewal.

Didn’t work for me

I saw this app on IG, went to app store, downloaded, and tried it out. Took a few selfies and tried numerous times a few of the options for hairstyles. Nothing happened, no pictures were ever generated, it just kept reading uploading or take a selfie. Waste of my time
