Awful and scammy

Why on earth should I have to pay to use this mediocre app after spending a load of money on the desktop version? I would not mind a small one-off payment but I hate this subscription model. Honestly just disappointing as I love the desktop version. No reason to use this app whatsoever

I was booted and can no longer sign- in even though I reset my password and it's say I'm free to explore. What is going on? I can't report that problem or contact anyone.
