Too basic, very poor formula descriptions. A waste of money.
Not exactly What you may want.
W/o writing a huge review, there are more equations you wont use than you will. Many important equations are left out or just don't go in depth enough to cover the information such as balloon mortgages etc. I would look around for a more user friendly app that cost less and does more.

I am amazed at all the formulas that are jam packed into this little app. Amazing. I doubt if I will ever use them all. Nice to know I have this app covering my back. The calculations are correct.
Bad Choice
Very disappointed, the windows for the amounts is very small. If you are putting a loan amount for a mortgage the largest amount you can put in about 5 digits the rest you cannot see. Wish I cpould get my 4.99 back
THE BEST FINANCIAL APP IN THE STORE!!
By far the best value in it's class. The program is very easy to use and the formula explanations are the key to it's five star rating. The developer is willing to work with the user which is a rare treat today for such a low priced app. It replaces many apps I was using before. Great Job.

Great start. The major thing missing is the ability to create our own formulas. I'm taking business finance and the nuances within the word problems make these formulas not work in some cases and it doesn't have other formulas. If I could add formulas by hotting an add tab and could use the same interface to use them as the formulas provided it would be perfect.
Like say I hit 'add', give it a formula title and type ax+b=c then touch x to highlight it and give that a title so in the ui after choosing which formula it shows the x title and a box to fill in.

This is an awesome finance calculator. For anyone who has money moving around or is looking to get a better understanding of their financial standing (especially during this shaky credit slump), Formulator is great for those everyday affordability queries you may get. I approve!
