Ужасный банк и приложение

Более 5 лет у приложения постоянные сбои и проблемы. В итоге ставлю 1 звезду, потому что заблокировали учетную запись без каких либо причин и даже не извинились и не предупредили. Пора нанять нормальную команду программистов. За все время особого развития в приложении нет, только попытки исправить ошибки. Выводы делайте сами.
В конце концов цитирую их причину: *в приложении проводились работы по техническому обслуживанию, и из-за этой даты возникли технические ошибки, и вам будет предложено снова ввести данные для входа.*
И из-за этого всех заблокировало. Разве это нормально? Учитывая сколько сейчас скама получать смс о блокировке аккаунта не самое приятное.
