Spend more time trying to locate tag due to it not updating for up to 2 hours today hasn’t updated since 12.35 last night won’t be using this anymore

Totally misleading, bad advertising, bought it to track our dog still in our yard and I had to be close to him with the phone to pick him up. What a joke.

After a few weeks the location has stopped reporting. I have the tags and the app shows batteries are good, but just stopped reporting
The reason I lost my cat
It randomly stopped connecting to the tracker when she went missing.
