Totally misleading, bad advertising, bought it to track our dog still in our yard and I had to be close to him with the phone to pick him up. What a joke.
Stopped working
After a few weeks the location has stopped reporting. I have the tags and the app shows batteries are good, but just stopped reporting

Absolutely terrible. My cat is missing right now and he is wearing this tracker. How is it any good if the location will only refresh every 7-10 hours?
Worked until update
This worked until I updated it then it doesn’t want to link now, won’t find the device either. Please fix
Total Scam
This product is advertised as a GPS tracker. After a three week wait to receive the product, the specifications says that is a low power Bluetooth tracker. I am unable to register the product through the app and the product is totally useless. I contacted “customer support” for a refund, and you have to pay the shipping costs (which is half the cost of the product) back to Hong Kong, plus a 15% “handling” fee. BUYER BEWARE, THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK, AND SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE APP STORE.

Asking me for an account number to log in when create an account…Where the hell is that. Just comes in small box with no details like this. Will be sending back asap. Rubbish

Worked for a couple of weeks and now the app is frozen. Hasn’t refreshed in 2 weeks and none of the app icons are responding. I wish I’d save my money on the gps tracker!!

How do you actually work this?
I ordered my tag, downloaded the app, agreed to let it search for all the Bluetooth devices that I used, then tried to register for my account. It asks for an account number , which obviously I don’t have, as I haven’t opened an account yet, so it won’t accept any username of password either. How do I find out my account number, without having opened an account?? There is no way of contacting this company, as no details/address/contact number/email/help/contact us etc on the instruction leaflet. I only know it’s Chinese. So now I’m left with a tag, which has scanned and linked itself to all my Bluetooth devices, but I have no way of opening the app up to use it. So the company can track me, but I can’t use my own tracker. Not great!
