Credit card payment doesn’t work
Tried to set up my credit card payment. Each time it would charge my card 1 NT to confirm but app would crash saying some page not found. Done it twice and charge me twice but it would not set up my credit card payment. I really wish these developer would test the software before putting it out on market.

needlessly demands your phone number in order to use the app - why would they need this when all messages will the driver can go thru the app

I love this app! I love how there is an English version. I’ve had all great experiences with my driver. I like the option to pay partially with credit card and cash. I also like the feature where you can book a taxi multiple days in advance or even 15 minutes in advance. I totally recommend this app to all Expats

叫車的備註上，建議增加可勾選的選項，比如說「這是一趟能完全遵守交通規則的旅程」，有時候乘車者會以為這是基本，但在地文化卻不是，容易造成理解上的誤差，有這個選項可以勾選就很重要。
