Crazy How Bad It Is
I’ve used fine parking regularly for work in Denver for the past year and really do enjoy the facility and service. This app is completely unacceptable in 2026.
It’s the worst user interface I’ve ever experienced on a phone and could easily be redone in a matter of days.

Reservations won’t open
Can’t even open or make new reservations now in the app even after reinstall and reboot.
Needs Attention
It’s not that difficult to get an app up and running but, you are not getting it done! Simply signing into it will not work.

Unable to reach server
Most of the time this app does not work. It just says “Unable to reach server”
Doesn’t work anymore
I’ve re-installed twice and it says “Unable to reach server”. Had to have them print a physical copy of my loyalty card today.
Accounts not working
App doesn’t allow me to login, always just throws an error.

Has basic features - really needs the check in QRcode
It has basic features. Not super useful as it’s missing the ONE feature that would make it useful: QR code to check in or checkout quickly.
Does not save information
This app does not save your information if you close out of the app.

After I registered online, the app doesn't recognized my account in system.
