iOS support removed
They removed support for iOS 17 and earlier while also requiring you to update before you can sign into your bank account so it’s unusable now.
I haven’t come across any other apps on my iPad that need iOS 18+.
Please bring back support for earlier iOS versions! Every other banking app I use supports 17.

Online Check Deposit
I have difficulty getting the app to recognize my checks for online deposits. It’s difficult lining up the front and back of the checks for the app to accept them

To much interest, associate messed up my app and never fixed it

Can’t have it on my phone anymore as I can’t get IOS16 without replacing my phone
I am not happy here!
I’ve been with fccu for about 14 years I have never had an issue where I’ve not been able to connect with them. For the last 2 weeks I have been calling Finex and I have yet to speak to anyone. I don’t understand how a bank can be this unconcerned with issues a customer is having but this is totally unacceptable. I have direct deposit that is going through and it should have hit my account today but its not there so I am concerned and there is no one who is calling me back so I don’t know what to do!
