Keep the website and also have the app!
What was wrong with the website? This app is infuriating to use. It’s glitchy and I can’t see nearly as much as on the site.

Don’t waste your time, worst app ever and so slow and how they configured it is right out of 90’s

I would give this zero stars if I could. I have been using the web site for well over 20 years, from back when it was Fingertip Formulary. I continued to use it even after it changed to DRG and became much less user-friendly. This app is absolutely garbage. I will have to find a different solution. It’s very sad when this is so much worse than trying to find the applicable formulary on the insurance carriers websites.

Bring back the desktop version!
The app lacks most of the information that made the desktop version so wonderful. Being able to access the PDLs, PA forms, formularies, etc was wonderful. I can't do any of that with the app as far as I can tell. The app is good for a very generic overview of coverage but it isn't nearly as useful.
