Worst

The worst it’s lagging with mine I tried changing the pump and tried changing the cgm but it was not working properly so pls fix this problem

Fundamentally flawed approach to insulin delivery

The t:simulator does what is sets out to do: replicate the Tandem t:slim insulin pump. The problem is that the pump’s algorithm is flawed. It assumes that basal insulin delivery is always required and perfectly matched to the body’s needs. Of course rates can be infinitely changed throughout the day and from day to day. The problem is that diabetes is not a constant. It has patterns, but varies from day to day. The pump’s algorithm assumes that the programmed basal rate.is always required and is therefore ignored when calculating the insulin on board. i.e. the active insulin in the body is ignored, even though a school boy could see that the amount of remaining active insulin is critical when determining the next food bolus. This results in completely unnecessary glucose highs and lows, yet the insulin on board information could easily be displayed. Tandem needs to pay attention to the experts by experience who could very easily guide them to make simple life changing improvements to their technology. But there is no way of feeding back customers’ dissatisfaction with their product. They are simply interested in selling their substandard product.

Is it available in Canada

Why tell all the diabetes that you can bolus from your phone if it’s not available in Canada???

Pump app

A simulator app to get familiar with the t:slim pump is great, but what everyone really wants is the app to control and manage the pump.

Don’t care

Where is the tandem app for Canada, if u don’t want to bring it here, fine at least tell us, and if that’s case, I want my money back so I can go to your competitors
