I need help

It says it connected but when I try and since my data and actually use the pp it won’t let me , I’ve tried everything that the doctors and website had told me to do, it says it is a technical issue error

Pump Real-time Data??

Your competition has near realtime pump, insulin data telemetry; how about a caregiver app that lets us help our kids maintain sites, pump battery, insulin levels… y’all are so slow on features 😑

Great app for my pump although one major downside is it is missing extended bolus and it would be amazing if they added a Apple watch app
