badly delayed shipment
I was prompted to order my G7 glucose sensors back around June 10. It is currently July 20 and I’m still waiting for them to be shipped out. Why is it always taking so long in order to get my supplies? This is not a new issue I’ve been using your facility a few years. My son was using it for about 12 years and every time we had to order anything we were calling and calling and calling trying to get orders out because of massive delays please work on the system.

Great product. Your App is fair. The font needs to be larger. Some of the steps are confusing. Watch over some of us, old fogies working and manipulate the App. You my learn from that. Thank you.
