Worst system ever
Every single month for the last 10, Ive had to call about my orders, usually multiple times just to be get some basic supplies. The system is always incorrect or needs more info of which I’m not informed about until I have to call. It’s exhausting to have call every single month about medical supplies I literally can’t leave the house unless I have my stoma caps. It shouldn’t be this hard to be an ostomy patient just trying to live my life!

Good experience ordering on line.
Wish I could remove the items that pop up that I no longer want or are the wrong ones I don’t need.
Seems like the quality of some items have been compromised.
Example the glue on the flange is not as strong as it was.
Other than that my experience has been good with Byrom
