Great product. Your App is fair. The font needs to be larger. Some of the steps are confusing. Watch over some of us, old fogies working and manipulate the App. You my learn from that. Thank you.

I’ve had nothing but problems with this company. From being incorrectly billed to having errors in account in general and having to make multiple calls to correct things.
not helpful if you have blindness as a disability!
for a company that says all the right things about people with disabilities on their website I have not found this company easy to work with since I am blind. Plus by not being able to see I believe I spend way too much time on this ordering process that should be seamless. It’s too bad that they can’t figure out how to do business any other way except for assuming the user can work their website and their order portal, etc. none of this has been tested with just voiceover on the iPhone so if you are using any kind of screen reader technology, beware… Proceed at your own risk unfortunately I was sent the wrong items and was sent the same email two times with just an image in it when I explained I can’t see images. The worker resent the same email to me again I guess they think that people are lying when they say they can’t access it like every other sided person would be able to do. So now because I told them returning something was going to be difficult and no one told me that there was a time limit associated with such a return. I was not able to print the label because blind people don’t own printers and so by the time I sent the box back, Byram closed out the label so now I have an outstanding balance one of the customer service people told me they have a box with no label. What is that supposed to mean… I understand in today’s world customer service is far and view between because the vast majority of people can see what they’re doing so it makes me sad to thank this company won’t help me and when I was told they gave me a few phone calls that number isn’t like any of their other numbers so it came up spam. Would you answer a spam call? I seriously got the last phone call I made and talked to the ordering department. I ordered supplies but it’s been weeks now well after the shipping date and I have no supplies so after spending the last hour and 20 minutes trying to get onto the portal successfully I think fingers crossed I might have actually ordered something, but I am done with this. It’s ridiculous that any consumer has to work this hard for something so necessary. and a company that says they are willing to provide the service only provides the service to those were able to get to the service, which in this case definitely excludes me thank you
