Missing pictures of items and descriptions, can’t see catalog to request other items. Past orders is limited. Logs out too quickly.

I wish you would carry TacAway wipes and barrier wipes. Brava isn’t and good and I end up having to use double the number allowed in a day so I order Tac from Amazon.

Worst at supply ordering
This is the worst app and supply delivery system. I wish I could go back to the same delivery to my home system. For 3 years it has said “picture coming soon”. I keep ordering the wrong stuff because it gives some random letters and numbers instead of the name. I have a bunch of meaningless supplies. Why doesn’t Kaiser allow you to get these supplies from their pharmacy or any local delivery pharmacy like I had previously. They always delivered and I could talk to a person to make sure I got what I needed.

The system kept making me sign in again and again.
Never can get my supplies
Tried ordering them. The last four months on the app would call because they weren’t coming. They kept changing the order then I called and they don’t even have it and I just placed it again and it’s not showing and I did it by phone so are they hiring morons the company has gone to trash I’m gonna have to scan
