Great CGM and App!
I enjoy using the Dexcom G7 10 CGM sensor and app. It's extremely flexible, providing three different ways to connect the sensor to various devices such as the iPhone, Apple Watch, and Remote Receiver.
I have following suggestions and feedback:
1) The Feedback button in the app is mislabeled, since tapping it only allows you to rate the app (not here in the App Store). There is no way to write a comment, such as I'm doing here. Change the button label to "Rate This App," or similar.
2) For 10-Day G7 sensors, the Direct to Watch feature in the iOS app does not work until the sensor is fully warmed up and the app is displaying readings. Therefore, the Direct to Watch button should be disabled by default and remain that way until the sensor has completed warming up.
3) I had to call Dexcom to find out how to leave feedback or suggestions. The very helpful CSR explained that feedback and suggestions should be submitted here in the App Store. In the iOS app, it would be helpful if this procedure were explained, as it would save customers lots of time.
Thank you kindly.

Dangerous and lazy
A month ago you launched a version of your app that prioritised an pushing information about your app into existing users. You know there’s a bug. You know there’s a fault. Any serious provider of a medical app that is used to monitor critical information would quickly learn from the issue and correct it. The least you could do is reinstate the old version as a temporary fix. Instead, for a month, we’ve been forced to view the same repeated message and had to manually close it to see our blood glucose levels. You’re lazy, and after weeks of no fix, it’s also clear you also don’t respect your customers.

Not enough options
It’s good to have but why is it so loud there’s a notification for every and it just doesn’t need it let me change things and customers the settings I think I know my diabetes better then this app and now every time I open it there a silly notification pop up about something I couldn’t care less about and no matter how many times I dismiss it there it is the next time I open the app

Miss G6 Accuracy
I’ve been on the G7 for three weeks now, and I already hate it.
The sensor itself is inaccurate, even after calibrating. For example, after a hike it was telling me 227 and climbing. That didn’t make any sense after the amount of moderate activity I had just done, so before giving myself insulin i double checked with my glucometer. My actual blood sugar? 137. That’s not a small difference! That’s the difference between treating a high and creating a low.
The app also does not communicate well with the Tandem t:slim. At one point, my Dexcom app showed 181, while my Tandem app was simultaneously screaming that my CGM was reporting a low.
Which is it? I've had to do more finger sticks and manual checks with the G7 in three weeks than I did during months on the G6. That's the opposite of progress. The G7 didn't improve the experienc it severely declined. Please bring back the G6 until the G7 is actually ready.
Sincerely,
A very tired, very over it Type 1 diabetic.

Don’t install this app!!
I’ve never hated an app more in my life! It’s incredibly intrusive! When I’m working, it will let me know my blood sugar is a little low or high while I’m selling to a customer, if I don’t fix it, it then overrides the volume of my phone and maxes it out and does 2 loud sounds about 5 seconds apart! If you flick the app away, it STILL keeps alerting you loudly! On top of that, if you’re listening on Spotify and it goes off, it will completely change your playlist occasionally to another playlist! An app shouldn’t take over your phone like this. I’m done! Don’t install it!!!
