Terrible Pump. I cant lie it never connects to the dexcom and when it does. It never brings my sugar down I definitely recommend NOT getting this
A HUGE Mental Relief for Diabetes Management
The ILet has been a great solution for me. It truly relieves the mental pressure that comes with diabetes management. No more constant carb counting, injecting, waiting for highs, adjusting insulin, or fighting lows. Since using it, my blood sugar levels have been much more stable, and day-to-day management feels significantly easier and less stressful.
One area of opportunity would be reporting. As a pilot, I need to generate monthly glucose reports for FAA medical certification, and it would be extremely helpful if the app allowed downloading or exporting reports by selected month to share directly with medical examiners.
Overall, this is an excellent system that has made a meaningful difference in my quality of life.

I love this pump!
I have been using iLet for a month & love it and the app! I love that I can call Customer Support, the nurse educator can see my data remotely, they have been very helpful in pointing out where I made decisions that are good and not the best way to do things! My Endo can also access my data remotely!

Too new for a full review. Seems to be doing its job after 2 days. App needs to have the “fork” as most people manipulate their phones. Super inconvenient to do this one very important task on the pump!
Worst insulin pump
iLet pretends that you can return this terrible pump but then when you try they evade your calls and say you need to try it for a few months. It is so slow to correct high blood sugars in the 280’s but this trashy company wants me to just let the pump learn and eventually the blood sugars might come down. I’m not interested in being the test dummy for this garbage pump while it jacks up my A1c. And because they refuse to let me return it and I live in America, now I won’t be able to get a different insulin pump for years. Well hopefully the Twiist insulin pump comes out and is covered by pharmacy benefits instead of DME benefits.
