Is there a way that you the builders of the app can help improve the experience of this app on IOS 27 software? Because I’ve tried to use the insulin pump amount function and it doesn’t work and I’m getting a new iPhone tomorrow and would like to be ready as soon as possible. Pls and thank you
Genuinely impressed
Works super well and there is almost no delay when bolusing.
It seems to reconnect to the pump everytime I open the app but it take about 5 seconds so I don't mind it.
One suggestion would be to have the bg numbers appear higher or lower instead of directly on the dots of the graph. As it is now its hard to see the tendency as the green "star" covers multiple dots especially if you checked it multiple times.

Yes
I like the app but would REALLY like to be able to see the date/time the cartridge was last changed like you can see when your CGM was last changed please! It would be so much more convenient than it is now to have to go into the pump and go through a bunch of screens to see when you last replaced the cartridge.

More customization
I just started an insulin pump, as a diabetic which is super cool! But the lack of features like setting your exercise or sleep schedule, or even turning on dark mode from inside the app is SUPER ANNOYING! I went with the X2 /specifically/ because I wouldn’t have to change it as often which is great but the fact that I have to activate sleep mode from the pump itself gets me annoyed. I shouldn’t have to dig my pump out from wherever I have it to activate sleep mode just so I can SLEEP! MOBI users get to active sleep and exercise from their app so why can’t X2 users? And NO, I don’t want to talk to anyone from the tech team tandem, I want you to update the app to have these features because I know you can!
Update: App QoL updates can include a built in calculator like the pump itself has and a way to activate activities from the app w/o needing to unlock the pump. Again, I don’t want to talk to the tech team, I want you to bring this review directly to them and ask “Is this possible for our diabetic patients?”

Terrible
Randomly stopped accepting my libre 2 plus sensors with no prior warning and didn’t let me update the pump before to use the libre 3 plus sensor. Absolutely criminal. Now I’m stuck with a libre 2 plus sensor that won’t work. What a terrible company and product. Switching to another company and product asap. Unbelievable.

Stop telling me to verify my time
Seriously stop sending me the damn "Verify the time on your pump" notification, it's the right time off by ONE MINUTE, like goddamn make it so it detects like a 5 minute gap instead or a 2 minute gap.

It stinks. Half the time it loses connection and when that happens it won’t give you the basil dose. Not reliable
Request for notes option
I really wish there was a way to add time stamped notes in the app, especially regarding blood glucose readings compared to my CGM.
Poor Software
This app does not let you zoom in on features to view the graph. It basically just shows you if you are over or under your target number
Lame
The only thing this app is good for is a bolus. Tandem needs to add the ability to do pretty much everything you can do on the pump with the app. Should be able to stop insulin to jump in the shower, change the personal profile and so much more. The app hasn’t received any major improvements in the many years I have been using it. I am going to be looking at the competition very seriously when I get close to being out of warranty and eligible for a new pump. Great pump but Tandem hasn’t kept up.

App update
Great experience. Would it be possible in iOS 27 to ask Siri to give me a bolus or change activity mode? That would be very helpful. Thanks for a great product.
Very hit and miss
Hasn’t worked for over 2 weeks now. Says “make sure the pump and phone are near each other”… I have put my pump and phone literally on top of each other and doesn’t work. Very annoying
17 pro max incompatible
Bolus feature not available on 17 pro max apple. Always loses connection. Useless

Want to love it but…
This app is great when it’s working. Unfortunately, it frequently disconnects from my pump and is not available when I want to use it. I would not consider it a plus if you are considering this pump.

Some real geniuses over there at tandem HQ. Get an Omnipod or something
Latest update logs users out overnight
The only way I can talk to devs. Twice a week the app logs out of the app on iPhone X in middle of the night and have to resync with pump

never in range, always disconnecting from bluetooth. embarrassing app considering the technology that is available in today’s society.
Total Joke
Do not waste your time. This app simply does not work. Loss of connection is all it’s ever able to say, as if that helps anyone. Delete this review and I’ll bash you again in the next one. Instead of monitoring reviews it’d probably be a good idea to make your product work. I used to be a huge proponent of Tandem products but profit over people changed that.

The great and the missing.
The software is a great improvement over me trying to read the pump screen. It functions well enough and that makes the Great comment. The missing is being able to enter little notes on the time line or somewhere. Like a log to write down anomalies the occur. Little things like my pump ran out of insulin and I was away from home. Or if I try a new food and want to review how it affected my BG over time. If it was all in the one place I would give it top marks. I just installed this other app for this pump and don’t quite understand why these are not just one app with different options turned on or off. This is sold as a more advance future proof product and yet my new pump still has the old USB connector. Will review tgat software after I use it more.
