The app worked fine before, takes forever to log in, doesn’t remember password, faceID doesn’t try…

Hey- I love that there is an app- for this- but it’s not really very user friendly- every year I hope it’s updated a d it’s not. Today I wrote my heartfelt story to be able to share- and I really liked it- went to save it and a message came up that it couldn’t be saved and it was deleted. I was crushed.
Please work on this app and make it more user friendly. Thanks.

Anyone who uses this app should contribute to the ratings.
What happened? Used to be good
This app used to make it easy to fundraise for my Bike MS ride every year. Now, in 2018, it:
- is sluggish
- shows less information
- makes it hard to send thank-you emails to donors
- seems to hide anonymous donors completely (making it impossible to email them from the app)
- logs me out and forgets my username/password with no Touch ID
All this severely diminishes the usefulness of what used to be a great app.

Poor User Support from Developer
I have contacted the App developer and asked for help, last year and again in 2018, with the headline on the personal page.
The field is populated with old details of which I can not find a way to revise.
I wish Charity Developers was more helpful and responsive.
