Super easy to use and gives a good, balanced workout. For more work/emphasis in a particular discipline, just set the level higher. Highly recommend it to the folks I work with.

When you launch an App you get lots of companies wanting you to pay them for good reviews. Looks like you end up getting the generic bad review if you don't pay them. I am in a triathlon club with over 3000 members and they do not have any issues with the app. They helped me design, create and test the FINISHER app for triathletes. I am more than happy to return your $3.99 you spent on the app, no need to ask Apple. Please just send me your mailing address and I will be happy to send you back $4 cash. Thanks.
Don't bother
Garbage!!!!! Very difficult to use or understand and doesn't allow for changes or customization. Total crap
