FinishTime

About
This utility app functions as a specialized clock for rally marshals. It accurately records finish times in seconds or tenths of a second, with options to sync with rally time and adjust display brightness for visibility. It also shows the running time of day for start controls.
What's New in FinishTime
1.3
June 11, 2019
This version introduces the following changes: - In order to save power, on iOS devices with a proximity sensor, the display can be turned off by blocking the sensor while using the app. Place a finger over the proximity sensor and the screen will turn off. Move that finger and the screen will turn back on. If this is done between cars, the battery should last long enough to record the stage times for all cars in a moderately large field. Note that not all iOS devices have a proximity sensor, so confirm that your device has it before trying to make use of it. - A new "Round" button has been added to the Settings screen. This button will round the app's notion of what time it is (either up or down) to nearest second (tenths of a second adjustment). This should make it easier to sync the app's time to the rally time displayed on an official clock. - In previous versions of the app, there were cases when the saved times would be lost. This version corrects that problem.
