The chat is monitored by Finnplay’s experts and provides a fast and effective way to communicate on important topics such as critical technical issues and site performance issues. The features enable multi-channel, 2-way communication between Finnplay and site operators. The application delivers text and images in a clean conversation format. It also can be used in conjunction with Finnplay’s optional extended service hours from 6:00am to 8:00pm EET, or 24/7 Support (according to SLA).
