Lack transfer info
Failure to transfer consumer info automatically within other zd support platform. Also does not automatically assign to employee after accepting chats. Failing since two recent zd support updates. Please fix soon
Needs improvement
I find the app to be inconsistent in usability and lacking the features I would expect from chat communication. It will log me out without telling me - so a built in feature that notifies you before logging out would help. Also, logging back in is a struggle- sometime it won’t accept my correct login credentials. I’ve had to delete and redownload it to test why it’s not working properly many times. When inside a chat with a customer, the ability to view details about the customer/viewing history are hidden - it would be nice to see everything on screen in the chat. In general, it feels old and out of date. I’ve never seen any updates to this app’s features or visuals, and I’ve been using Zendesk for YEARS. Let’s get some attention put here please.

Coś bardzo złego dzieje się z waszą aplikacją. Praktycznie na iPhone’ach i iPadach nie da się z niej korzystać. Synchronizacja praktycznie nie działa. Kliknięcie na powiadomienie o nowej, przychodzącej rozmowie nie przenosi do odpowiedniego czatu. Kliknięcie ikony czat nie pokazuje przychodzący ch Czatów. Aplikacja stała się praktycznie bezużyteczną. Wersja na desktop ( przeglądarkowa)Działa wyśmienicie. Posiadamy na nią kilka kont. Z uwagiNa brak możliwości obsługi poprzez aplikację na urządzeniach mobilnych, rozważamy zmianę platformę do komunikacji z naszymi klientami na stronie WWW. Wygląda na to że deweloper zupełnie zapomniał o klientach aplikacji mobilnej na iPhony… :(

The app crack on my iPad
I recently purchased a new iPad to facilitate my work. However, whenever I use the iPad, I am unable to receive notifications. One minute after a user arrives, it shows me as offline, even though no notification sound was made. Why is this happening?
I have tried using your app but found that there is no shortcut for quick replies. Does this mean I can only use a computer for work? Have you considered upgrading for iPad users? Nowadays, many people prefer using iPads for work convenience, but your website seems incompatible.
Additionally, if my computer and iPad are both open, I receive the notification sound. However, if I only use the iPad browser, it does not show when a user arrives. Please let me know if there is any solution to these issues.
