Does not allow me to log in. Rewards not showing. Does not pull up membership barcode. Basically worthless

The scanner at the facility does not pick up the qr code to receive points. I tried scanning and it never works. Needs to be a better way to earn points. Maybe input your phone number into machine at the car wash.
Crashes crash and Crashing
Every attempt to add AAA number the app crashes.

The old version worked great. The update is a joke. Crashes all the time. Unlinked my AAA membership and every time I try to reinstall. The app crashes every time I try to type it in.

A Fins just opened up near us so i decided to download the app. It’s very buggy and when I click on the locations tab it causes to app to crash. Hopefully they step up and put some effort into fixing the app.

It doesn’t let me login. It’s so hard to find the login page and the barcode. I sit at the pay station blocking cars because it takes so long and then I give up. App is a piece of trash

Bug fixes? I can’t even log in at the freakin car wash I’m visiting. How about making the app not log you out every time you update it? Wouldn’t that be a good big fix…

Buggy and never fixes problems
As a former fins car wash employee I’ve had so many battles with the app and specifically with the barcode alone. It needs to be smaller for the barcode readers and they don’t seem to get it almost as if they never tested the app themselves. After leaving the wash I’d still go there to wash my car with the new license plate reader but it just kicks me out everytime I try to login and it has happened with so many others as well

Waste of an app and loyalty program
The app bar code never scans at a Fins car wash. The new license plate recognition that is supposed to supersede this doesn’t work. I try to enter my plate info and it kicks me to sign in (even though I’m signed in), once I sign in again it takes me to the main menu. When I got to do the license plate recognition it kicks me back to the sign in again. It is an endless loop.

App doesn’t work
As a 30 year member of AAA, I have tried at least a dozen times to use this app at FINS for a member discount, and it DOES NOT WORK!
I have the latest version of the app so I can’t understand why it won’t accept my membership verification.
I’ll try to remove the app from my phone and reinstall it. If that doesn’t work, I will go to another car wash.

Doesn't do anything
You can't buy a car wash, subscribe to the monthly car wash club, or manage your account.
As far as I can tell it just shows you prices that you would pay if you were in the Fins parking lot. There’s no interactivity at all.

App just keeps looping me to a blank screen... at the bottom of the blank screen, it says “continue as guest,” so I click that, hoping there’s will be a sign up link. Nope. Just another page telling me that I should sign up, so I click “sign in” which brings me to a blank page w/“continue as guest” at the bottom.
I tried checking the “rewards” tab & other tabs, with no luck. Just a white screen with no place to actually sign up.

Havent been yet.
I have seen it while they were building one in Nc and i saw a facebook advertisement for a free fins top wash if i downloaded the app. What makes me super happy about fins is that it says if you are not happy with the wash bring it back for free. Which to me if i ever give it a try means i will have a clean vehicle since many wash places around nc they dont wash vehicles as well as they should and would need another run into the wash. I would be happy to gove fins a try!!

Was in town on vacation and needed a car wash. Fins was just down the street so I decided to give them a go, and boy was I impressed. Super nice facility, employees were quick and nice, and my car came out great!
