Nice bonuses
Many chances to get free bonuses. But awkward interface. Bc the portfolio balance is not the main focus and is hard to precisely monitor. No limit order option for selling. Just market price. Hidden fee in automated investing is only 15¢ but not disclosed until you see a trade summary report. Overall not bad and it’s a trustworthy brokerage but just not as convenient to use for regular trading as other apps that are available. Better suited for buying and holding for the long term cap gains.

Waste of time
Once you sign up and get the “referral bonus” you can’t even withdraw it out for a entire year! That’s if they don’t just decide a week before you can withdraw it to just take the money back anyways!!!
What is wrong with this app's 2fa?
turn off 2fa for withdrawals bc that is the only way I could successfully setup a withdrawal. Let's see if it arrives before I try to deposit anymore bc I only wanted to withdraw it bc it wasn't doing any good since there are no fractional shares. Previously I couldn't withdraw a cent when I had 2fa set for withdrawals bc after I entered the 2fa it never authorized access to the withdrawal screen (before even setting up a withdrawal) the app just freezes with a spinning icon suggesting something is loading but goes nowhere. Every time. Regardless which wifi I'm on. Pathetic. This has been my experience on ipad.

Can’t login bc forgot password button is off the screen
Why did the devs put the forgot username/password link below the usable portion of the screen? I can see the button is there when I drag the screen up but it won’t let me tap it unless I release and then it has gone back out of reach. It def is a convenient place out of the way if you never need to reset your password but then since this app isn’t on android I am stuck having to borrow other peoples iPads to access my account and don’t always remember if I have my username correct. And when I try to sign up with my email address it says it’s already in use try another. Well yeah I know it’s in use. I’m trying to get a prompt for request reset. As if my email is in use by a different person than myself who opened an account for themselves. That doesn’t make any sense to be happening.

Too complicated
The app look extremely busy but it doesn't do much more than the other invest apps.

When do I receive my free stocks never received any free stocks? Was never offered any free stock… Public gave me some free stocks, but FinTron has never gave me anything free, definitely not stocks, that’s why I want to invest with another brokerage

Buying and selling
It’s an alright app. It’s annoying that you need a minimum amount to buy and sell stocks and it takes awhile for buys and sells and to clear, it’s the same with deposits and withdrawals which also requires a minimum amount and also takes awhile for those to clear as well. I think I’m going to stick with my other investment apps.

I think I like this app
I like this app but I don’t want to pay three dollars fee when they say no fee for lifeFor someone like me who don’t really know anything about investing I’m trying to learn so I think three dollars fee a month is a little bit too much for me I might have to delete my account
