Very poor camera functionality
The app open and work and hard to find account info and the camera functionality is a joke. Please let people use there full camera like macro settings to load up documents

very slow, clunky, does not have a smooth flow or user interface, for example when logging in, the button to advance is hidden and i must scroll down. couldnt change my mailing address from the card ordering screen, had to go back and through settings.

Digital banking services way ahead of other major SK competitors imo. I’ve never stepped a foot in a branch nor had to call them. Everything can be conveniently managed via the app. As it should. In 2024!
The UI is a bit on the ugly side, but the overall UX is intuitive and in line with many UK banks in my experience. Good stuff!
