OK app but so confusing to log on
With all my details handy it took me a few attempts to log on. Entering my details so many times between this app and Smart Tioken app was quite daunting. Also, why is this application called Smart Banking instead od CSOB Banking. I have hundreds of apps installed so I use search to find them. Searching for CSOB only shows the Smart Token app instead of this one. Who decided the name of the app should not have the word CSOB in it? And there are quite a few of other subtle issues which make the app not very intuitive to use. Hope the bank or the dev company can do some UX testing to make it more straightforward.
