Useless non functional app
Import was working fine but now it isn’t working. There is no option to import photos from my glasses to the app. The help and support section doesn’t work.
I don’t even know if the glasses are working or not because once i start recording a video the led light glows for like 5 seconds and then switches off, even when i haven’t turned off the recording.
Kindly revert.

Worst experience of my life it would have been better to just buy rayben , because firelens just use money to promote than actually work on product n customer service , nothing work well nor recording or translator , also very slow , top of it there customer care don’t respond
AI translation problem
I’ve had a really disappointing experience with this product. Its translation just doesn’t work at all, and its speaking skills are really terrible. I want to tell everyone not to buy this product. I’ve asked their support team for help many times, and they still haven’t given me a solution. I’ve been so frustrated ever since I got it.
