Can’t place any orders or use my birthday rewards. :(
The app doesn’t work
You cannot place an order for pickup or delivery. You click “Start order” and it says to “select your service type.” There are no options to click. It has been like this for years and it’s never worked. There isn’t even a scan option to earn rewards when ordering in person. It’s completely useless.
Crazy that it’s 2025 and company can’t get an app that works
They have had app issues none stop for years. It’s nuts because even hole in the wall mom and pop shops have working apps but this company seems to not. it’s no wonder a number of places have closed down.
I hope they see this and understand that the app does not work ever and it’s really easy in 2025 to get an app developer that can make a working app

App has not worked for months
This app doesn’t work and there is nowhere to contact anyone about it.

That is completely dysfunctional. Hopefully my order is correct and the food is good.

I get the old app went away and you had to put something together quick but wow is this app not good.
The scanning the receipt to get points is a pain.
I can’t order in the app. It allows me to click the button, schedule, but never loads the menu so I can actually order. Happy to update the review but leaving 2 stars for now.

Was the app discontinued or something?
The app used to work but is literally unusable now. Every time I log in, select the location and get to the order screen it’s a completely blank page. Like, hello?? Am I missing something here? Why are you making this hard for me to give you money?
New App
I am not happy with the change in the app at all I can’t get on it it won’t connect to my system on my email. I had credits in there for an award for $12.57 and I can’t even go in and use the app now, so why even go out nothing appears on my email. It won’t let me reboot my password it goes nowhere.

Updated App Still Has Issues
So it turns out the app was acting strange a couple of weeks ago because it was down during the update. Now that it’s updated, the graphics don’t fit on my screen and I can’t get to the rewards function, which was literally the only thing the app was good for. Try again guys! The update is no good!

Apps broken
App is down for what’s been like a week and it doesn’t allow people to login or even access parts of the app
What Happened?
The app was working fine for me, and now suddenly it’s doing weird things. It won’t let me log in - it flashes to the login screen and then jumps back to the home screen before I can even enter my email address to log in. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, but it’s still doing the same thing. What did you recently change to make it act erratically?

I’m amazed with the speed and simplicity of preserving through the app. The service at my closest Fored Pie is quick and always satisfactory. Keep up the great work!
Doesn’t take orders
Literally what is the point….. you can’t even take orders from the app.
Whats the point
Why have an app for a restaurant if you can’t place mobile orders. This is the most inconvenient,unnecessary, useless app I’ve ever downloaded for a restaurant
There is no point to this app
This app does not display menu correctly and does not allow you to order for pickup. What is the point? You can’t even earn or apply bonus unless you stand in the long line and order and pay in the store.
Payment from app does not work
Scanner unable to read app payment. I am left with some preloaded Amount which I can not use
Can’t place an order?
Useless since you can’t place an order. It’s 2021 and a post-COVID world, you should be able to place an order using the app. Time for a major update.
Don’t download
This app is useless. You can’t even order on this app. Does anyone know how to delete an account??
No instructions
Horrible app. Downloaded the app and tried to place an order and cannot find link to place an order. Spent 15 minutes trying to place an order and finally gave up.
