Passed Firefighter I & II
Took my firefighter I & II exams on the same day. Passed both! This app is what made it a breeze. Read the questions and read through explanations. The wrong answers in the questions are outlined in the explanations. Knowing those as well will help you on the test. Pay for the unlimited version. Totally worth it. This and my paper tests during academy were my only study tools.

A great way to Study
I like Pocketprep because it the questions are well thought out and designed to make you think about the answers. Quizlet is a great tool but pocketprep feels less automated. I also used the EMT version and finished NREMT on my first try.
Trash
Save your money and just stick to reading the book, this will not help you pass especially on not hazmat material.
Response from developer
We regret to hear that. We believe our material is helpful, so do many of our users. Your feedback will certainly push us to try better and better.
Crashing
The app has been crashing so much I cannot use it to study for my test this week. It deleted my progress and logged me out and crashes before I can log back in. When it used to work it frequently indicated there were no questions available and takes a long time to find them. The question explanations are very lacking in additional information, and just rewords the question repeatedly. I used the EMT pocket prep app and loved it, but I regret buying this one.

Needs to separate Fire 1 from Fire 2
The topic indicates that there is a Fire 1 and Fire 2 test. Once you buy it there isn’t a way that you can study for just Fire 1 or Fire 2.
