Good app. Has necessary features and nothing more. It also does not run very smoothly and crashes regularly. The bank itself is great though.

Unnecessary pop up messages
It is pretty common that when you leave an app for any length of time, you will have to log back in. Showing a message that I was logged out and must log back in is unnecessary and only delays getting to the information I need. I can’t imagine there will be a single complaint if you removed this unnecessary step.

In the bill pay. Instead of indicating when it’s paid indicate when it’s next p paid. And a calculator would be nice.

The check deposit crashes all the time. I have to retake 50% of the checks I deposit through the app. Such a waste of time!
New app
Information is not as accessible. Requires additional interaction to get information that was previously accessible at a glance.

The absolute worst UI update I’ve ever seen. Change it back
