Unnecessary pop up messages
It is pretty common that when you leave an app for any length of time, you will have to log back in. Showing a message that I was logged out and must log back in is unnecessary and only delays getting to the information I need. I can’t imagine there will be a single complaint if you removed this unnecessary step.

In the bill pay. Instead of indicating when it’s paid indicate when it’s next p paid. And a calculator would be nice.

The check deposit crashes all the time. I have to retake 50% of the checks I deposit through the app. Such a waste of time!

Information is not as accessible. Requires additional interaction to get information that was previously accessible at a glance.

New app sucks
Not a big fan of the facelift on the app. I make a payment on one of my accounts and it still shows up not paid spend all this time re-engineering the whole app and it’s still sucks.

The credit union is great. The new look of the app is ugly, difficult to read, and cluttered. Wish I didn’t update.

I belong to two credit unions . Firefighters first cu mobile app is superior to the other Cu’s app in ease of use . Specifically when it comes to paying firefighters first credit card accounts.

App issues
App not allowing me to login on iPad , have updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted . Still won’t let me log on? Also had issues in iPhone but it will now intermittently allow log in on iPhone. If I go via website I can log in, glitch somewhere.

Good Tax Service
The Firemens Credit Union has been great for my family and myself for over thirty years. Now I utilize the Tax service which has been a heaven sent. The personnel are kind and professional. I am a proud member of the FF CU.
