Not responsive
The app refuses to load up..it says my request can not be processed..
Unstable platform
Haven’t been able to access the app on new iPhone 16 pro. Deleted and downloaded and still get error message. Can’t access the app from the mobile banking app either - went to put travel notice and couldn’t. And guess what- transactions declined in Italy. Even after confirming with visa fraud that it was me. It’s why they are not my primary banking platform or card.

Easy Online Registration
I need to register my new credit card in order to receive text alerts. It was simple and flawless.
Great Service
Always happy to do business with LAFCU, my transactions are accurate and secure.
It’s nice when it works.
Almost daily when trying to log in it comes up with an error saying “Sorry, we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later.” I have to fully uninstall the app and reinstall ot and it will then work with no problems.
CONFUSED
i get absolutely NO notifications for anything and i’ve called the CU and still nothing. i’m not sure what’s supposed to happen then.
Updated review Unreliable
Great idea has to work when you need to activate cards. Credit union office could not fix or even find out why it’s not working. They had to replace all my locked cards before we could get them to work. Old system worked.
Update: I am not using the system like most, I lock the cards when not in use to avoid any chance of theft. So it’s very important that no glitches or connection issues occur. As far as securing my ATM I will continue to lock it when not in use for the obvious reason that any theft of that money can not be recovered. And set the alerts on all credit cards and leave them activated using the app to shut down in case of loss or unauthorized use. My app is now working but no one knows why I had a problem.

Caution when Cards Locked!
IF YOU HAVE CARDS LOCKED, UNLOCK THEM ON CARDVALET!
There are not instructions for launching the new app. I found out after manga trials that the new app makes a Dummy charge to the card before adding it! So, I had a card that was Locked and couldn’t be added.
I’m glad to see that cards are properly identified along with letting us give them a Nickname!
I was hoping for a big improvement, but the app developers still aren’t making this app as efficient as it could be.
The sign in process seems overly awkward.
The “controls” vs “alerts” are simply confusing. Why can’t they be on the same screen?
Every time you make a change, it exits back out to the main screen and SENDS YOU AN EMAIL!!! Sheesh.
When you have everything set up, you have no way of seeing the settings for that card without having to jump in and out of several indivisible windows. Why not have at least an “Overview” of your settings. There’s plenty of white space to do this.
May not seem like much when you have only one card, but when you’re managing a half dozen, this is a REAL PAIN IN THE BUTT!
