Firefly App
It doesn’t allow you to delete devices or approve new devices. The App always glitches and half the time we can’t get into the app. And it’s just hard to manage all devices and it doesn’t notify you what type of device connected. Needs a big update with an easier way to navigate it.

Government Spyware
This app is used by government as spyware and device control! Firefly tech support and Firefly administration blames Calix and offers one option…LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT! Firefly customer service sucks!
what connected?
When devices connect, something more meaningful then a mac address is needed. the Mac address is useless. also mire help in identifying WHAT type of object is connected would be helpful.

This app makes it easy to see what is on my network and manage connected devices.
The one issue I have is with the notifications when a new device connects. Right now, it only shows the MAC address and the time. It would be much more helpful if it also included things like the device name or IP address, or even just a quick link to the device in the app.
When something unknown connects and then disappears, I am left with just a MAC address and no way to figure out what it was. That makes the alert kind of pointless. If the app could show more detail in the notification, it would really improve the experience.

No Privacy!!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD/INSTALL - APP adds spyware/key logger to your personal devices.
App asks for access to photo gallery; control features are restricted by developer to prevent personalized controls; developer is able to access passwords and equipment data; developer can remotely control devices, people, places, things, and access.

It’s a fine app, but please make it so once someone in my household logs in it doesn’t log me out. If there’s a way to do this I’m unaware of please let me know.

Firefly internet is amazing but the app is terrible. It has a decent interface but most of the time the app fails to recognize what’s connected to the network or it will say my network isn’t connected to the internet when it is and is working fine?

Great app. Would be nice to add experience IQ to allow for internet content filtering to protect kids
